Chapter One

It started to get dark, so we hit the road after we had dinner at Grandma’s house. My mom drove, and my twin sister, Fabia, sat in the back seat, as usual. Fabia and I were inseparable, although she always got on my nerves—not to mention we almost killed each other a couple of times. But we had a deep spiritual connection, no doubt about that. Maybe because we were twins. I don’t know, but whatever it was, she was fun to be with.
We lived in a country at war—in a cursed nation, so things were a bit different from normal. I took a quick peek at the clock on the dashboard. 6:20PM. It was already getting late. The curfew started at 7 PM every night, and after that time, nobody was allowed on the streets. You risked getting caught by the government’s death squads. If they found you outside, there was no need for questions—you were sentenced to death right on the spot.
Talk about living in a hostile place. At least I was still alive, though—but forget about living a normal life. Children as young as twelve fought in the mountains and cities as if they were grown soldiers. As for civilians, we could go out during the day and do our stuff, but making it back home safely was a gamble we had to take… speaking of homes, they were nothing but death traps for some people. Many families died a miserable death, hugging each other in a desperate attempt to save themselves. As for me and my family, we were all okay, but we continued living in this godforsaken place.
After about 5 minutes into the trip, Fabia pushed herself to the front a bit and stuck her big mouth to my ear. “D’Carlo, tell Mom she needs to hurry!” she whispered with urgency.
I grabbed her head and whispered back in her ear, “What am I, your personal messenger?” I saw her hand coming immediately, so I grabbed it, but I couldn’t stop her teeth from sinking into my left ear. “Ouch! Stupid girl!”
“Mom,” Fabia said as she turned to my mother, pointing at the clock on the dashboard, “we need to hurry, you know? The curfew is gonna start in a few minutes.”
Fabia was a weird girl—as weird as they come. She had long hair like Mom’s and had dimples like mine, which made her look more terrible. We both had brown hair and honey hazel eyes, but she was a tough girl and took no nonsense from anybody. I guess her rough attitude came from being around boys all the time, and that’s how we treated her.
“I know, sweetie, but don’t worry,” my careless mother replied. “We’ll make it in time. You’ll see.”

Challenges of Christianity in the Modern World (Same-sex Marriages)

Church on a hill

As we all know, the challenges that the modern church faces today are increasing with each passing year. Christianity is being affected by the world today more than ever before.

Christians are learning to accept the trends in society to the point that this things have now become normal to us, but are they really?

It seems to me that we have lost a great battle: The battle of our minds. As technology grows, communication has expanded and this means that an idea can be amplified and reach the world's most remote places.

The Evil Manifesto
A Spiritual Warfare Supernatural Novel

This is bad news for our spirits because now we can easily absorb all the negative trends that go around in society.
With that in mind, today I want to talk about something that has been going around for some time. This is a bit controversial because some of us approve it and some of us don't.

But before we begin, I'd like to clarify something. I'm not writing this article to stir up controversy. My desire is to bring this to the table so we can grow in the Spirit and learn what's approved or not approved by God.

I would also like to ask you to not come up with any conclusions until you have read my entire message. Fair enough?

There are things that we, as a church, need to talk about whether we like it or not. Remember that our children and the new generations depend on what we do today, so we cannot just sweep some things under the rug.

The current issues facing Christianity are threatening our spiritual walk, and we need to pay attention or else we will lose ground to the devil.

There are many things going on today, like the acceptance and approval of marihuana, which will soon become as common as cigarettes and alcohol, but I'll write about that in a future article.

Hello God: Hearing The Voice Of God And Trusting In His Promises In Difficult Times

Hello God book cover

There are many difficult moments in life when we feel that our faith is not strong enough. As Christians, we fight, but sometimes nothing seems to work. The uneasy feeling could get intense, to the point that the pain takes a hold of us as soon as we open our eyes in the morning. Perhaps our situation seems impossible, and the thought of not knowing what's going to happen tomorrow overwhelms us.
It’s in those difficult moments in life that we need to hear the voice of God, but His voice won’t come until we learn to connect with the Holy Spirit, so that’s precisely what we’re going to learn today. As a man who knows what it means to suffer, I completely understand you. I have survived a cruel war, and I’ve been in extremely difficult situations in my life.
I have also experienced hunger and unimaginable pain. As a war survivor, I've seen the most horrendous things that you can imagine, and those memories stayed with me for many years. I know what it means to be homeless and to lose the person that you love the most. I became a widower at 23, and there were times when I just wanted to end it all.
But I'm here to tell you that the Lord is going to speak to you today and that you can overcome whatever it is that you’re going through. The Lord has a message for you, and that message is that all the pain that you’ve gone through is the main pillar that sustains your faith today.
Because when you are weak, you are strong; because when you feel like crying, the Holy Spirit comes to comfort you, and the impossible becomes possible. It's in those difficult moments in life that the faith required to move mountains becomes alive in you. If you feel that you’re currently going through difficult times and that you need to hear the voice of God, there’s a secret that I’d like to share with you today.
This book is not about a quick solution to all your problems, so if that's what you're expecting, perhaps my message is not for you. What I want to share with you is far greater than that. The real solution is not to fix your current problems, but to change your heart and your mindset, and then all your needs will be met because your faith will be empowered by the Spirit dwelling in you.
My main goal is to prepare your heart so you can hear God’s voice and trust in His promises when you need His divine direction. I pray that my message will cut deep into your heart and that the Lord adds wisdom to your understanding today.

The Key to Hearing God’s Voice

The Key to Hearing God’s Voice

This information was taken from the book: Hello God

Since the beginning of time, people have experienced the desire to hear from God. Many of us think that His voice is audible and that’s not the case at all, but today we’re going to learn what it takes to hear the voice of the Lord.

As some of you probably already know, I'm a part-time English teacher (As a second language). I have students of all ages, usually teenagers, but yesterday morning I had a group of 20 children (Ages 7 to 10).

The Evil Manifesto ad
A Spiritual Warfare Supernatural Novel

Every time I work with children, I try to carefully study their behavior, and I'm always amazed to see how rebellious they are. This clearly indicates that we are born with a sinful nature. If you're a teacher, like me, you'll understand what I'm talking about. It seems as if we are programmed to do everything wrong, and sometimes, we are programmed to do evil things.

A few weeks ago, for example, Gabriel Taye, an 8-year-old boy took his own life two days after being allegedly kicked and struck by his classmates at his public school in Cincinnati, Ohio.

He was bullied by other kids in the school bathroom. It was a sad story, but the fact of the matter is that this is how we are. This is why David said, "Behold, I was shaped in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me" (See Psalm 51:5).

We are born evil, but as we grow, we learn to suppress that sinful nature, but that doesn't mean that it goes away. Just look at everybody around you. People are evil. Especially those who are not saved. Most people's lives are a big mess.

No matter how old we get, some of us cannot control ourselves. I tried to change people before, but believe me, they don't change. At least not that easy.

The only way to change our evil nature is by dying to ourselves. We may be able to hide it like most people do, but that's not changing. This is why sometimes we see well-respected people getting in trouble.

They were not able to hide their evil nature any longer, and they were exposed. We see this evil nature at all levels of society, from presidents and Kings, to homeless people. We're all evil, and there are no exceptions.

Dying To Yourself

Secrets of a Prayer Warrior - 15 Reasons Why Your Prayers Don’t Get Answered

When Lazarus died, four full days went by before the Lord resurrected him; time enough for people to consider the power of the Lord, but that day, when people saw Jesus coming, many of them said, “Could not this man, who opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have died?” These people were clearly not expecting a miracle. Even Martha, Lazarus’ sister, was full of doubts and fears.
When she saw Jesus, she said, Lord, by this time there is a stench, for he has been dead four days.” But the Lord, knowing her heart, replied, “Said I not unto thee that if thou would believe, thou should see the glory of God?” (See John 11:39-40). This clearly indicates that the people, as well as Martha, saw the Lord perform signs and wonders, but they still didn’t believe. The Lord even told Martha, “Said I not unto thee…” clearly showing that He sat with her one day and gave her a lesson on faith.
Apparently, Jesus had already taught Martha that those who believe would see the glory of God, but then, why was Martha full of doubts and fears? Martha was a believer. She experienced the wonders of the Lord firsthand. She had a privilege that many of us wish to have today, but she was dead inside. Maybe she rejoiced when she saw Him perform a miracle here and there, but when the time came for her heart to be tested, she simply forgot everything that she had learned.
Obviously, Martha’s heart was not in the right place, but can we blame her for that? How many times have we seen the wonders of the Lord in our lives? How many times have we heard the word of the Lord speaking to our hearts? This should be enough for us to believe and live in victory, but why are our prayers not getting answered? Could it be that the Lord is not listening? Maybe we need to pray harder, or perhaps we’re not fasting enough.
This is what most of us think, and this is why we go on a prayer mode when we want our prayers to be answered. We lock ourselves and fast for three or four days, and we do everything that we’ve learned, but then we get discouraged when nothing happens. We think that by praying and fasting consistently, the Lord will hear our prayers, but if that was the case, why then the scribes and Pharisees prayed and fasted all the time, but the Lord ignored them? In fact, He didn’t just ignore them; He called them, “Hypocrites!”
Obviously, their prayers were not getting answered, and if their prayers were not getting answered it’s because they were clearly doing something wrong. This means that praying and fasting is not the whole story. Martha was also doing something wrong, and the Lord made her see her mistake. Her faith wasn’t strong enough, and she needed to correct that. It’s by correcting those mistakes that we will see our prayers answered, so this is exactly what we’re going to learn today.
What’s behind your prayers is what will ultimately dictate the results in a positive or negative way. If you want God to listen, don’t show Him your prayers; show Him that you are listening and doing the right thing because that’s what motivates the Holy Spirit of the Lord, not your many words and sacrifices.
The Holy Spirit needs to recognize us, like a father recognizes his own child. The problem comes when we think that we are doing everything right, but we’re actually just deceiving ourselves. Unfortunately, most people don’t take the time to examine their hearts and later learn the truth the hard way. Many times it is pure pride, and we feel confident that we’re doing everything right because we’re “good Christians,” ignoring what the Bible says about the heart of man:
The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it?
Jeremiah 17:9
This is a big problem for our prayer life because if our hearts deceive us, how would we know that we’re doing wrong? This is clearly a problem, but this is why the Lord gave us the discernment of the Spirit, so we can examine ourselves and not give into the devil’s evil deception. I invite you to take a moment today, and examine your heart according to the Word of the Lord so your spiritual warfare prayers can be a mighty weapon to dissolve Satan’s evil attacks.
In this book, you will learn how your actions might be the real reason as to why your prayers don’t get answered because if your actions are not in tune with the Holy Spirit, how is He going to answer your prayers?  So pay close attention and get ready to empower your prayer life by understanding the things that might be obstructing your words from reaching the Lord Today.

16 Spiritual Deliverance Strategies That Will Set You Free

Have you ever asked yourself why you’re not getting delivered? Why are you still struggling with spiritual oppressions, no matter how hard you try to get rid of them? You probably already know the answer to those questions, but did you know that most people think that they don’t get delivered because they don’t pray or fast enough? This is because we think that by praying and fasting more we will be “more holy.” But the scribes and Pharisees thought the same way, and the Lord did not approve of them.

Praying and fasting are two important factors for our deliverance, but most people don’t get delivered because they simply ignore that prayers without the backing of the Holy Spirit are just mere words. This means that it is the backing of the Holy Spirit that will set you free, and that leads us to a profound question: Do you have the backing of the Holy Ghost?

If you have it, then you should already be delivered from your sufferings and oppressions because no evil can stand against the mighty power of the Holy Ghost. If you don’t have it, then you might need to dig deeper behind your prayers, and seek the support of the Holy Spirit in order for you to get delivered. If this is your case, today you’re going to learn how to empower the Spirit in your life before you say another prayer. Remember what the Lord said: “It’s not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.” (Zechariah 4-6)

Prayers are the weapon that the Lord gave us to fight against Satan, but how can we win a war with weapons alone? How can an army be victorious without the knowledge needed in the battlefield? In any battle, we need strategies, and our spiritual battle is no different. Many times we don’t see our prayers answered, and we wonder what we might be doing wrong, ignoring that the strategies are not there to back our prayers.

As Christians, we need to be aware of all these things, so the purpose of this book is to help you empower the Holy Spirit in your life through strategies that will give you the victory over Satan’s spiritual attacks. Each strategy is based on Biblical principles and backed by the teachings of the Lord, so you can be sure that freedom will come to you, if you follow them. These strategies are also based on spiritual research, and more than 15 years dealing with demonic possessions.

How To Pray When Under Spiritual Attack - Get Delivered Today!

How To Pray When Under Spiritual Attack

By Willie Estrada

Today you’re going to learn how to pray when you’re under spiritual attack and the elements needed for a powerful spiritual warfare prayer, but before we begin, I want to clarify that the power is not in the words that you say, but in the Spirit behind them, so don’t get caught up trying to recite prayers as you read them. There are some religions that do that, but there’s no Spirit behind their words, so let’s not get confused.

If you prefer, you can listen to this article instead

I understand that you might be new to Christianity, so you’ll need to forget about those things that you might’ve learned before you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour. We need to structure our prayers because, like I said before, we’re not interested in the words that we speak, but our focus should be in the power behind those words.

The Evil Manifesto
A Spiritual Warfare Supernatural Novel

We must understand that everything that we say has a reaction. Think about our words as a command sent to a computer. A command has a purpose and a message hidden behind it, and so does each word in our spiritual warfare prayer. Everything that we say must have a purpose and a goal.

In a spiritual battle, our main goals are to protect ourselves and to attack, so keep that in mind each time that you pray. You don’t need to do it in any specific order, but you must use the wisdom that God has given you, and wisdom tells us that we must first protect ourselves before we attack, and that’s exactly what we’re going to learn today, so let’s take a look at the elements needed for a powerful spiritual warfare prayer.

A successful spiritual warfare prayer has absolutely nothing to do with what you say or how you say it. It has nothing to do with how hard you pray, if that’s what you have in mind when it comes to spiritual warfare. There’s no special phrase or combination of words that will bring down evil strongholds and dissolve bad influences in your life. Many times we find ourselves looking for that “miraculous phrase” or those special words to throw at the devil, but it doesn’t work that way. If we want a successful and powerful spiritual warfare prayer, we will have to dig deeper and seek spiritual answers.
To keep it simple, let me use the following analogy, so you can understand me better: Think about a prayer as a river of water that flows freely downhill. Now, imagine that one day the water from that river stops flowing. What would you do? Are you going to go and get a hose and put it in the river in order to get the water flowing again, or are you going to walk uphill and find out what’s stopping the water from flowing freely?
That’s right! You’re going to go uphill and see if there’s a big stone clogging the river. That’s the logical thing to do, isn’t it? Speaking in spiritual terms, our effort to reach God is like that hose that we put into the river in order to get more water flowing. We don’t see the big stone clogging it, preventing our prayers from becoming effective, and this stone is usually something from our past holding us back.
I understand that many of you might say that our past was left behind when we accepted Jesus, and you’re absolutely right about that. The Bible clearly says in 2 Corinthians 5:17-18, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature. Old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new, and all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation.
This is the promise and the freedom that the Lord gave us when we accepted him in our hearts. The problem comes when Satan steals the Truth from us and tricks us into thinking that we’re still bound to our past, and this is one of the reasons as to why our prayers are not as effective, but today you’re going to fight back, even if you’re new to Spiritual Warfare.
You’ll have to keep in mind that when you came to Christ and accepted him as your Lord and Savior, all curses were broken. You were set free from sin, and the devil hates that, so he will do anything to deceive you and bring back those evil influences from your past. The general misconception has always been that once we get saved, everything is fine, but that’s not how things are. If that was the case, there would be no need for spiritual warfare.
Why fight the devil if we are already free from all evil influences? That’s a lie from Satan himself, and he uses that lie so you lower your guard. Jesus fought the devil; the apostles and the ancient church also fought him, so why shouldn’t we? Let’s not lose our focus and let’s not forget that we’re soldiers of the Most High God, so we must fight with these evil influences that are affecting us today.
In many cases, these demonic forces affect us through our own bloodline. Sometime in the past, your family was exposed to evil, and this might be affecting you today. This doesn’t mean that you’re paying for the sins of your family, or for the sins of a past generation, but the evil influences affecting your family might also affect you in an indirect way. Remember that you’re part of that group, so in a way, whatever happens to them, will also happen to you. No matter how you look at it, you have to fight for your family, so today we’re also going to learn how to counterattack Satan and break those evil influences affecting the ones you love.
Another important aspect to keep in mind is the territorial attacks of Satan. These attacks are directed to each nation and city of the world, but in a way, they’re also affecting you, preventing you from obtaining the blessings of the Lord, so we’ll also talk about that later on. These are the things that nobody teaches you, so we don’t consider them a threat and let them affect our lives in an indirect way, but you need to know that no matter what’s going on all around you, you’re going to declare victory and be set free in the name of Jesus.
Today you’re also going to learn, not only to recognize the root of evil in your past, but to break that lie that Satan is making you believe. He makes us believe that the blessings of God are not there for us, and this is why many of us give up before even getting started. When we come to Christ, we think that miracles will take place when we pray, but then we get discouraged when we don’t see those miracles happening in our lives.
After a few years, or even months, we give up because we feel as if God is not even listening to us anymore, but don’t give up on your prayer life just yet. Whether you’re just beginning your walk with God, or you’re already an experienced Christian, this spiritual warfare manual will show you many things that you’ve probably not yet understood about God’s power.
You need to remember that God is almighty and powerful, but if you’re still believing the lies of Satan, your prayers may not be as effective because, as we all know, God cannot have communion with darkness, and even though you’re saved, there might be some things that you’ll need to get rid of. Those things have become evil influences that you’ll need to break free from today, and you will only achieve that through prayer and understanding of the Truth.
I’ve prepared this spiritual warfare manual with the guidance of the Holy Spirit; based on Bible studies, and based on my own experience dealing with demonic influences in my life. Today I’m surrounded by evil. I live in one of the most dangerous regions of the world, and I have to keep myself in constant prayer, so each day I learn new things, but my past was also a major learning experience. As many of you might already know, my entire family was oppressed by demonic forces for over 15 years.
Since the age of 12, I saw my own mother being possessed by evil spirits, but the Lord delivered her, and now she serves Him every single day.  I don't claim to know it all and to have all the answers, but I will share some of my experience with you today. We might have different points of view in some aspects, but that’s okay. We’re here to learn from one another and be a blessing to the World. My desire is to help you overcome the evil that’s affecting you today, and if I could be a blessing to your life my heart will rejoice, knowing that you found freedom in the Word of our Lord.
I wrote this quick manual, so you can learn the things that took me years to learn; the things that nobody told me about. I will teach you how to cover yourself with the Blood of Jesus and how to rebuke Satan, so you can set yourself free through the Word of Truth that comes out of the mouth of God. As you read through this book, you will also understand how easily we let demonic influences enter our lives, and how these influences can stay with us for many years. In some cases, for a lifetime.
Even after we become saved, we’re still in great danger, and we continue to carry those evil influences until we stop believing Satan’s lies. Remember that, according to John 8:44, Satan is the father of all lies: “When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own, for he is a liar, and the father thereof.” Those lies become evil influences, and they are rooted in our past, so we will take a look at those evil influences first, and then we’ll learn how to break them. Pay close attention and ask the Lord for understanding in the Spirit, and together we will conquer in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
